The UVMMC Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont is seeking experienced and certified Sterile Processing Technicians for full-time positions in the Sterile Processing Department with variable 8-hour shifts.
The salary range for this role is between $22.28 and $35.10 per hour, depending on experience, with potential for additional shift differentials and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.
Candidates must have prior experience as an SPD Technician, and certification (CRCST) is preferred, to be obtained within 12 months of hire.
Key responsibilities include decontaminating and cleaning instruments, inspecting and packaging surgical sets, and maintaining inventory while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Required Qualifications

Sterile Processing / SPD / Central Sterile experience (required)
CRCST or CSPDT certification (required)
Detail-oriented, dependable, team-focused
