$65,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience, skillset, and leadership backgroundÂ
WHAT YOU’LL DO  Â
- Lead and support a team of veterinary technicians in a collaborative, accountable environmentÂ
- Oversee daily workflow, coordinating patient care, treatments, and team responsibilitiesÂ
- Provide hands-on clinical support including medical, surgical, and anesthetic proceduresÂ
- Support consistent, high-quality patient care across all casesÂ
- Train, mentor, and onboard technical staffÂ
- Partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and performance managementÂ
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical recordsÂ
- Support a positive client experience through clear communication and efficient patient flowÂ
- Assist in resolving client concerns with professionalism and empathyÂ
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and treatment areas to ensure operational readinessÂ
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and team operationsÂ

REQUIREMENTS   Â
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or equivalent) preferredÂ
- 3+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting, with advanced clinical and technical skills Â
- Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience strongly preferredÂ
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and support a diverse teamÂ
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-acuity environmentÂ
- Comfortable handling client communication, including discussing treatment plans and addressing concernsÂ
- Proficiency with practice management systems and general computer skillsÂ
- A team-first mindset with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Â
