The Strategic Communications & Marketing team leads how BETA communicates with the world — combining brand storytelling, marketing strategy, and stakeholder engagement into one cohesive, high-impact function.


This leader will bridge creative, commercial, and company priorities — ensuring BETA’s voice is as bold, consistent, and innovative as its technology. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable crafting strategy and leading execution: translating complex technical concepts into narratives that inspire customers, investors, employees, and the public alike.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
  • Drive the integrated communications and marketing strategy — shaping how BETA tells its story across audiences, channels, and global markets.
  • Support the business areas in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for aircraft, components, charging infrastructure and related services. 
  • Oversee brand communications and identity — ensuring every digital, print, and experiential touchpoint reflects BETA’s mission and voice.
  • Drive global awareness and engagement through strategic media relations, social, web, video, and events — connecting mission to measurable outcomes.
  • Support financial and business communications as BETA grows into a public-facing company — from investor storytelling to quarterly messaging.
  • Crisis communications planning and response, ensuring clear, timely, and compliant public messaging when it matters most.
  • Collaboration with high-performing teams across brand, communications, and marketing disciplines, IR, engineering. 
  • Manage external agencies and partners to ensure work aligns with BETA’s tone, values, and standards of excellence.
  • Establish data-informed marketing frameworks to measure reach, resonance, and results — turning insights into action and continuous improvement.


What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience across marketing, communications, or brand leadership — ideally in complex, high-growth, or mission-driven industries.
  • A proven ability to connect brand storytelling to business growth — driving awareness, adoption, and trust.
  • Experience managing corporate and financial communications, including media engagement, executive messaging, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Strong grounding in product marketing and go-to-market strategy, with the ability to translate technical innovations into clear, inspiring messages.
  • A deep understanding of how marketing fuels commercial success — from lead generation to long-term reputation.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills; you excel in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
  • A sharp eye for design, language, and narrative consistency.
  • Experience in aviation, clean energy, mobility, or technology sectors.

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role.
