Supervisor Therapy

We are seeking a Therapy Supervisor (PT or OT) for our Acute Care setting who brings not only clinical and operational expertise, but also a growth mindset, emotional maturity, and a positive, solutions‑focused approach to the complexities of today’s healthcare environment. The Therapy Supervisor provides day‑to‑day site management and professional practice leadership for assigned acute care locations. In close partnership with the Therapy Manager and Director, this leader is responsible for staff oversight, resource stewardship, and budget management, ensuring that operational decisions align with organizational goals and patient care standards.

This role requires a leader who can inspire and support a diverse team—including physical therapists, occupational therapists, therapy aides, and support staff—and who can navigate dynamic clinical environments with steadiness, clarity, and optimism.
