Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting new opportunities and driving new business through service and maintenance agreements.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our service base, hitting revenue goals, and making sure our clients get the reliable, top-notch support they need to keep things running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Prospect and cold-call new business opportunities in key industries
• Visit facilities to record equipment counts, assess systems, and gather data for estimating
• Prepare accurate estimates and pricing for service and maintenance agreements
• Write proposals and negotiate contracts to meet or beat revenue goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate scope, pricing, and profitability
• Assist the VP of Service Operations with prospecting, estimating, and technical troubleshooting
• Attend networking events and industry functions to connect and prospect
• Tackle other projects and duties as needed to help the team succeed

• Knowledge and experience maintaining CRM systems
• Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong negotiating skills, with the ability to follow through on client contacts
• Ability to develop accurate estimates and understand basic pricing structures
• Strong attention to detail when assessing job scope and requirements
• HVAC technician background, or strong industry experience required
