Job DetailsJob Location: Spider Mountain - BURNET, TX 78611Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $25.00 SalaryOversee all Spider Mountain Bike Park operations to include lift ops and maintenance, trail maintenance, retail operations, F&B operations, rentals, and Bike shop. Supervise all Spider Mountain Bike Park employees. Maintain all inventories to include Retail, F&B, and Rental fleets. Adhere to all MCP Lift Maintenance schedules and protocols. Respond to and resolve guest complaints and escalations professionally. Exemplify MCP values and beliefs. QualificationsPrior lift and/or mountain operations experience highly preferred. Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and basic Google software. Supervisory experience highly preferred.
