This position acts as the administrative liaison for TCCN activities, including business operations, community outreach and health education efforts, grant implementation, financial tracking, event planning, philanthropy efforts, donor relations, and recognition. This job description is intended to identify some of the primary duties and responsibilities. Mayers Memorial Hospital District reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete or augment the duties and responsibilities specified in this position description, at MAYERS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL DISTRICT’S sole and absolute discretion. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 6 or more ECE college units required 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, community engagement, or nonprofit support. 1-3 years of experience with grant tracking, reporting, and compliance. Experience supporting community partnerships or working with external stakeholders. Experience in early education or a related field. Experience with fundraising, donor engagement, or event coordination preferred. Experience in using social media for outreach and fundraising purposes preferred. Performs other duties as assigned. Specific Competencies: Skill in building and maintaining positive relationships with community partners and external stakeholders. Ability to track grant requirements, deadlines, and compile all supporting documentation. Experience in coordinating fundraising events and outreach activities. Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain organized records. Maintains donor records and assists with donor correspondence, acknowledgments, and stewardship activities. Develops and supports short- and long-term goals for TCCN fundraising programs. Develops and supports short- and long-term goals for community outreach and health education programs. Establishes and maintains organized record-keeping systems for TCCN. Ability to work with youth in an educational and recreational settings. Ability to act as a substitute teacher in the Preschool/ Afterschool programs as needed. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Adheres to dress code; maintains a neat and professional appearance. Completes required annual education and training. Maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements. Wears identification badge while on duty. Participates in performance evaluations and professional development. Reports to work on time and completes assigned duties within designated timeframes. Attends meetings as required. WORKING CONDITIONS: May be required to work beyond normal hours, including evenings or weekends, for events or operational needs. Interacts with staff, volunteers, community members, and external agencies. Must be able to work independently, demonstrate integrity, and adapt to changing priorities.
