Position Overview

Stauer is seeking reliable, self-motivated professionals with a drive for success to join our fulfillment and assembly operations team in Burnsville, Minnesota. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional unboxing experience for our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Assembly & Kitting – Assemble small and large items with precision to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Quality Control – Maintain accuracy and quality standards throughout the assembly process and warehouse placement
  • Inventory Management – Ensure inventory accuracy during assembly, handling, and warehouse storage
  • Order Fulfillment – Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team Support – Assist with additional warehouse functions as needed to support operational goals

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset

Preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse assembly or kitting
  • Previous experience operating non-electric/motorized warehouse equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
