About the Role:
TPJ SERVICES LLC is looking for a hardworking Temporary Foundation Waterproofing Laborer to join our crew in Burnsville, MN. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the foundation and waterproofing industry while working alongside a skilled team. Responsibilities:
- Assist with foundation waterproofing installations, repairs, and related tasks on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Excavate and prepare areas around foundations for waterproofing applications
- Apply waterproofing membranes, sealants, and drainage systems under supervisor direction
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently
- Transport, load, and unload materials and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in compliance with safety standards
- Follow instructions from crew leads and project supervisors to meet project timelines
Requirements:
- Prior construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to follow safety protocols and on-site instructions
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites in the Burnsville, MN area is a plus
