As a Field Service Technician, you’ll bring technology to life delivering, setting up, and installing equipment at customer locations while diagnosing and repairing issues across mechanical, electronic, and network systems. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same, and where your technical expertise and service mindset directly impact customer success.   Your Role: Deliver, install, and configure office equipment at customer locations Perform machine setups, including assembly, configuration, and testing to ensure optimal functionality Diagnose and repair equipment issues related to mechanical, electronic, networking, media, and software systems Educate and train customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting of equipment Respond to service calls and efficiently resolve customer concerns on-site Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and supplies needed for service and installation Communicate effectively with customers, call coordinators, sales teams, and internal support staff to ensure seamless service delivery Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or additional solutions and refer to sales as appropriate Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work environment Travel regularly to customer sites within the Minneapolis/St Paul metro area and up to an hour outside of the 494/694 beltway   What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required Strong mechanical aptitude with basic computer and networking knowledge Experience in a customer-facing or technical service environment preferred Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and think critically in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and a good driving record required Ability to lift, move, and install equipment (up to 50 lbs or more as needed) Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training and development   Why Join Us?
