Key Responsibilities

  • Core Repairs: Perform daily troubleshooting and repairs in plumbing (leaks, fixtures, clogs), basic electrical (switches, outlets, lights), and carpentry (drywall repair, doors, locks, cabinet hardware).
  • Unit Turnovers: Efficiently prepare vacant units for new residents, including patching, painting, and light turnover repairs.
  • Digital Work Orders: Receive, update, and close out daily maintenance requests right from your smartphone or laptop.
  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in a predictable, shared emergency on-call schedule for after-hours urgent issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in apartment maintenance, facilities management, or residential construction preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with tenants and other staff.
  • Adaptable to Tech: Ability to use a smartphone/laptop for work order management and company communication.
  • Dependability: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a commitment to quality work.
  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
