We provide on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do Assist with various manufacturing and production processes. Operate production equipment and machinery after training. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Package, sort, assemble, and move materials as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow production, quality, and safety procedures. Work with team members to meet production goals. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Manufacturing, screen printing, production, or technical experience preferred but not required. Basic understanding of units of measure, including decimals, fractions, and other production measurements. Ability to accurately enter and retrieve information using computer systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Eligibility to work in a position subject to ITAR requirements. Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screening requirements. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand for extended periods. Frequently use hands and manual dexterity to handle tools, screens, and materials. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment as required by the job.
