Manage all personnel matters including hiring, supervision, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maintain good working relationships across departments and programs internally as well as with governmental agencies and community organizations. Assist Director in planning, developing, and executing services in line with ANR’s mission Maintain and utilize working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field. QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in human services or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or other disabilities Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience Current certification as an ODP Certified Investigator, or willingness to successfully complete the training program upon hire.  ANR pays for these trainings! Maintain strict confidentiality Knowledge of community resources Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required Valid PA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
