About Us

We are a multifaceted CPA firm with 16 offices across the western region of the US providing financial and tax planning to our business and personal clients by offering payroll, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We have close relationships with financial advisors and family attorneys which enable us to provide a full array of services to our clients under one roof.


The Job

We are looking for a tax preparer to add to our dynamic team of professionals in our Redmond, OR office. This is a position in our tax department designed to propel and train you to advance within our organization and will be responsible for analyzing tax data submitted by clients and preparing the subsequent tax returns. Ultimately, a top tax preparer will be detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills to handle correspondence from clients and tax authorities.


Qualifications for this position:

  • Minimum 3+ years tax experience
  • Preferred: Accounting degree 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • A desire to work in public accounting


What do we need you to do?

  • Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling
  • Prepare tax returns including supporting work papers for various individual and business entities 
  • Communicate in a timely, professional manner with all team members and clients
  • Analyze financial information to determine tax liabilities and deductions
  • Review client documents for accuracy and completeness before filing
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to their tax situations
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Learn and navigate multiple software programs
