What You'll Do:

The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory, audit readiness, and safe material flow across the warehouse. This position supports and directs Raw and Packaging Material Handlers, ensures FIFO compliance, and helps keep the Cold Room and Dry Return areas inspection‑ready at all times. The Warehouse Lead also serves as a key liaison between the Byesville site and outside warehouses.

Key Responisbilities:

Keep inventory accurate through cycle counts, audits, and SAP reconciliation
Ensure FIFO compliance and proper rotation of raw and packaging materials
Maintain audit‑ready Cold Room and Dry Return areas at all times
Lead and support Material Handlers, ensuring safe and compliant operations
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damage, and shortages
Support receiving, shipping, and warehouse audits as needed

What We Look For:

High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older
Certified (or able to certify) to operate warehouse/material handling equipment
Experience with inventory control, FIFO, and audit requirements
SAP and Microsoft Excel experience preferred
Prior food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced environment with reliable attendance
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and mechanical aptitude
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Lead by example and work well with a team

What We Offer:

The pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. This job posting is anticipated to expire on June 30, 2026.

Shift hours: 6:30AM - 3:00PM Monday-Friday, with Overtime Available on Saturday.
