POSITION SUMMARY: The Integrated Testing Engineer will be part of a technical team to drive the testing workstream within a strategic and complex project for key FORTNA customers. Skills and knowledge will focus on planning and executing integrated testing, ensuring readiness for successful customer handover. An emphasis on test planning and coordination of support across disciplines will be key, along with direct involvement leading performance testing and rate validation testing with the customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated testing and an extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. This role is responsible for gaining system acceptance with respect to rate and volume performance from the customer.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Ensure internal and external teams are aligned on the solution, the integration, integrated testing, and requirements.
- Lead the development and execution of testing plans for equipment and software to validate that the technical solution aligns with project performance requirements.
- Drive collaboration throughout project technical teams and partners to successful execution against project performance requirements.
- Work to identify defects, document them for tracking, and collaborate with the team to resolve these issues.
- Ensure that controls and software systems, inclusive of partners, have been validated and tested to delivery specifications.
- Define the acceptance test strategy and lead the execution of rate and volume performance validation in support of customer acceptance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2+ years of experience in one of the following disciplines: industrial, mechanical or civil engineering; project management; business.Â
- Experience should be in one or more of: Distribution center (DC) environments, Integration management, Program/project leadership and/or supply chain consulting-related work; program/project leadership and/or supply chain leadership positions.

- Advanced Customer management and project leadership skills, demonstrated through extensive consultative experience and knowledge.
- Highly Proficient understanding of MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Ability to work on-site 75+% of the time and be flexible.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
