Pay Range: $26.00 – $37.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Night Shift Differential: +$1.50 per hour

Position Summary

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of bottling production and packaging equipment. This role supports plant reliability by reducing downtime, improving machine performance, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has experience working in food, beverage, or bottled water manufacturing environments and is comfortable maintaining high-speed automated production systems with minimal supervision.

This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to respond to emergency production equipment issues during night shift operations.

Required Experience

Minimum 2+ years industrial maintenance experience

Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical production equipment

Background in bottled water, beverage, or food manufacturing preferred

Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs

Experience with automation or PLC systems is highly desirable
