Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $26.00 – $37.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Night Shift Differential: +$1.50 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician – Night Shift to support high-speed bottling and packaging systems. Position Summary

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of bottling production and packaging equipment. This role supports plant reliability by reducing downtime, improving machine performance, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has experience working in food, beverage, or bottled water manufacturing environments and is comfortable maintaining high-speed automated production systems with minimal supervision.


Key systems may include:

  • Blow molding or injection molding machinery
  • Filling and capping equipment
  • Conveyor and material handling systems
  • Labeling and coding equipment
  • PLC-controlled automation equipment


This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to respond to emergency production equipment issues during night shift operations.
