Job Title: Quality & Training Technician

POSITION SUMMARY

Focuses on ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards, as well as developing, delivering, and ensuring comprehension of training content within a manufacturing environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties as assigned)

·       Conduct regular quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing products.

·       Perform regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with the Quality                Management System.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement                        corrective actions.

·       Perform measuring/testing equipment calibrations.

·       Facilitate new hire training.

·       Train production staff on quality control procedures and standards.

·       Develop training materials for various positions using different software platforms.

·       Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Perform other duties as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

·       Experience in quality assurance.

·       Experience in training and development.

·       Experience with inspection tools and equipment.

·       Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.

·       General understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment                      operations, safety requirements, and departmental procedures.

·       High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

·       Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

·       Fluency in English, both written and spoken, preferred.

·       Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is required.

·       Strong attention to detail and excellent organization, time management, and follow-up               skills.

·       Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

·       Proven strong interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to collaborate and                 develop strong partnerships across functional areas and organizational levels.

·       Ability to analyze data and identify trends.

·       Strong writing and record-keeping abilities.
