Technician, Industrial Services

Job Description

· Operate various pieces of equipment in the field and at our shop including but not limited to; pressure washers and jetters

· Support various environmental projects such as:

• Confined Space Entry
• Trailer jetter operation
• Power washing
• Assist vacuum truck operators with hose
• Waterway response
• Hazardous materials clean up Manifesting and labeling of containerized waste

· Ensure the health and safety of the crew, customer, and site by adhering to safety policies and procedures by identifying, communicating, and mitigating hazards

· Other duties as assigned

Work Environment

· Working in a variety of weather conditions

· Performing physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, under direction of crew leads

· Overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays

· Located in Byron Center, MI, no remote work available

· Full-time position with room for advancement

Requirements

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

· Ability to speak, read, and write English sufficiently

· Pass pre-employment criminal background screening and drug test

· 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER or ability to obtain

· Flexibility to changes in work schedule and availability for on-call

· Provide above excellent customer service when dealing with clients and co-workers
