Semi Driver - Olmsted Aggregate

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport material to and from various job site locations in a timely manner
• Communicate with dispatch, equipment operators, customers and office staff to ensure correct product/delivery location
• Verify products requested and loaded for accuracy
• Verify weights to ensure equipment does not exceed weight restrictions or local laws
• Complete pre and post trip inspection tractor and trailer
• Clean/grease equipment on a weekly basis
• Maintain and complete truck logs, both paper and electronic
• Report equipment repairs in a timely manner
• Comply with all company safety policies, DOT regulations and traffic laws
• Maintain Class A CDL and Health Card

Requirements:

• Class A CDL required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Must be 18+
• Previous side dump experience preferred but not required
• Able to meet physical demands of the job
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen
• Ability to perform physical job duties including climbing, security loads and equipment inspections
