Position: Lead Teacher for Preschool Classroom

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Classroom Operations: Design and guide a dynamic, developmentally appropriate learning experience.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate trust and communication with children and their families.
• Create a Safe & Positive Space: Maintain a welcoming, clean, and nurturing classroom every day.

What You Bring:

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED
  • TCC or CDA is a major plus!
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility
• CPR & First Aid Certification
•  Must pass a background check

Schedule:

• Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
