Ready for a nursing role where your clinical skills, organization, and leadership truly make an impact? Concordia is hiring a full-time LPN Unit Clerk to help keep resident care running smoothly while supporting a dedicated nursing team.
As an LPN Unit Clerk, you’ll be a key part of the unit—administering medications, coordinating physician orders, communicating with families, and helping ensure residents receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.
What you’ll love about this LPN Unit Clerk role
- Full-time schedule:Â 40 hours per week
- Daylight weekday hours: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Weekend hours: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- Every other weekend required
- A meaningful role supporting residents, families, and the care team
What you’ll do as an LPN Unit Clerk
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures while following all care standards.
- Complete resident assessments and support care planning, follow-up, and documentation.
- Communicate resident updates with physicians, residents, families, and the care team.
- Process physician orders, referrals, paperwork, and daily reports.
- Help supervise unit care, support Nurse Aides, and promote quality outcomes.
- Build positive relationships and help resolve concerns professionally.
What we are looking for
Required:
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Practical Nurse
- Dedication to providing high-quality care
- Caring and compassionate approach to resident care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with residents, families, coworkers, and providers
- Demonstrated leadership ability
