Schedule Requirements

  • Must have a flexible schedule for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Every other weekend and some holidays required

What You’ll Be Doing as a Front Desk Receptionist

  • Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Greeting residents and visitors with warmth and hospitality
  • Assisting with directions and questions
  • Coordinating mail and packages
  • Performing clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and stocking supplies.
  • Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and welcoming

What We’re Looking for in a Receptionist

  • Strong customer service skills — a friendly, helpful attitude is a must
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Comfortable answering phones and working on a computer
  • High school diploma or equivalent
