This is a great entry-level opportunity for you to gain administrative experience and build your customer service skills.
What You’ll Love About Working as our Front Desk Receptionist
- Part-time position — approximately 21 hours per week
- Starting at $16.00 per hour

Schedule Requirements
- Must have a flexible schedule for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Every other weekend and some holidays required
What You’ll Be Doing as a Front Desk Receptionist
- Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Greeting residents and visitors with warmth and hospitality
- Assisting with directions and questions
- Coordinating mail and packages
- Performing clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and stocking supplies.
- Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and welcoming
What We’re Looking for in a Receptionist
- Strong customer service skills — a friendly, helpful attitude is a must
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Comfortable answering phones and working on a computer
- High school diploma or equivalent
