Overview

Are you excited about world travel, discovering new cultures, and helping others experience destinations across the globe? We're expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as International Travel Advisor.

In this role, you'll work with clients to create customized international travel experiences that match their interests, schedule, and budget. From European vacations and Caribbean escapes to Asian adventures, African safaris, South American tours, and global cruise itineraries, you'll help travelers confidently plan unforgettable journeys while providing exceptional support from start to finish.

Whether you're launching a new career or looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity, you'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and professional resources designed to help you succeed. Previous travel industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about each client's travel goals, preferred destinations, and vacation priorities
  • Research international destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, escorted tours, rail journeys, and vacation packages
  • Design personalized travel itineraries tailored to each client's interests and budget
  • Coordinate accommodations, flights, transfers, sightseeing tours, excursions, and other travel services
  • Provide information on travel requirements, destination highlights, and available vacation options
  • Assist clients throughout the reservation process while answering travel-related questions
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging platforms
  • Partner with approved travel suppliers to secure reservations and verify travel arrangements
  • Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation before departure
  • Maintain organized records of client communications, bookings, and travel plans
  • Stay informed about international travel updates, supplier promotions, and destination trends
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each client's trip

Qualifications

  • Interest in international travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, or client support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using online booking platforms and digital communication tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others explore the world
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
