Location: 4932 I-30 West Frontage Road, Caddo Mills, TX 75135

Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

We're seeking for a detail-oriented professional for our tire quality control operations. Join our dynamic team and help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Operate equipment used in tire manufacturing
  • Prepare molds, materials, and rubber compounds per specifications
  • Inspect tires and components to ensure quality standards
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
  • Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
  • Maintain production records and report any issues
  • Support team members to meet production targets

Requirements & Skills: 

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience 
  • Experience working with tires or rubber manufacturing processes
  • 12 months of forklift and buck truck experience 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in tires 
  • Physical stamina for fast-paced work 

Work Environment & Physical Demands: 

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs. PPE provided.
