Qualifications and Experience:
Literacy skills and numeracy proficiency in local language.
Professional abilities:
- Communication skills, literacy and numeracy skills, good understanding of field-related tasks, great deal with dexterity, rigor, adaptation abilities, sense of awareness about safety rules, teamwork skills.
2 - MAIN MISSIONS
The operator undertakes the manufacturing and/or packaging of parts in accordance with production quality and output requirements, while respecting the current operating instructions and the management’s instructions.
Delivery Process
- Responsible for the quality of parts by drawing upon self-inspection in particular, in accordance with the associated operating instructions;
- Maintain the appropriate production pace in order to ensure on-time delivery of required parts;
- Must report any defect or non conformity detected in raw materials, parts and production tool, in accordance with current procedures or operating instructions;
- Ensure product traceability;
- May be required to undertake certain tasks that are relevant to production (for instance, sorting operations, lines supply, inventory…) according to the management’s instructions;
- Ensure personal and colleagues’ safety;
- Maintain her/his workstation clean and tidy;
- May have to contribute in the induction of a new member at her/his workstation;
- Abide by the Group’s procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment within the scope of her/his duties and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.
