We are currently seeking a candidate for a Division Recruiter to work at our office in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate for this role must be enthusiastic and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills, as well as have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence. This position serves as the primary recruiting partner for the division, supporting workforce planning initiatives, full-cycle recruiting, and strategic talent acquisition efforts across multiple operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the face of Rogers Group to local job seekers, creating an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for production and skilled trade positions. 
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with high schools, vocational/technical schools, colleges, universities, workforce development organizations, military transition programs, and community organizations. 
  • Represent Rogers Group at local and regional job fairs, career expos, networking events, and industry association meetings. 
  • Travel throughout the division, as needed, to support recruiting efforts, attend career fairs and community events, visit operations, conduct hiring events, and build relationships with educational institutions and workforce development partners.
  • Develop and maintain the division's recruiting presence through digital recruiting platforms and partner with locations for community outreach initiatives. 
  • Partner with hiring managers and operational leadership to determine current and future staffing needs while developing recruiting strategies to support workforce planning. 
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting onboarding activities. 
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. 
  • Utilize Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Recruiting Cloud as the Division subject matter expert by providing training and support to hiring managers, applicants, and new hires while maintaining requisitions, applicant records, and recruiting workflows. 
  • Conduct ongoing labor market research, wage analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support recruiting strategies and compensation discussions. 
  • May be called upon to coordinate and administer referral bonus, internship training, and other recruiting incentive programs. 
  • Partner with leadership to maximize participant engagement and long-term hiring opportunities. 
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines, company policies, and recruiting procedures. 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume, difficult-to-fill, and future anticipated positions. 
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting Rogers Group's culture, values, career opportunities, and community involvement. 
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits, Safety, and Operations to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase recruiting efficiency, enhance the candidate experience, and support operational hiring goals. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 

  • Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting, Human Resources, or related experience. 

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for production, skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred. 

  • Working knowledge of employment law, recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and workforce planning. 

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); Oracle Human Capital Management experience preferred. 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

  • Excellent organizational, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, educational institutions, and community partners. 

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Valid Driver’s License required.

  • Ability to travel throughout the division, including overnight travel as business needs require.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and labor market trends. 

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.

  • Pass pre-employment drug screen.
