Location: Cadiz, KY (On-Site) 

Status: Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead & Support:Assist with scheduling, answerteller staffquestions, resolve errors, and ensure smooth branch operations.
  • Coach forSuccess:Provide guidance to teller staff and model excellent client service and cross-selling behaviors.
  • Process Transactions:Accurately and efficientlyhandle cash and check transactionsandmaintaina balanced drawer.
  • Build Relationships:Get to know clients, understand their financial needs, and provide personalizedservice.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service:Accurately process transactions whilemaintaininga positive and proactive approach.
  • Generate Leads:Identifyclient needs and seamlessly refer them to theappropriate bankingprofessionals.
  • Educate & Protect:Clearly explain security measures, banking procedures, and product benefits to clients.
  • Solve Problems:Address customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and effective solutions.
  • Minimize Risk:Identifyand prevent fraud while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
  • Collaborate:Work with your team and branch leadership to meet goals and support a positive work environment.

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum1 yearoftellerexperience.
  • Supervisory/managementexperience preferred (6+ months).
  • Leadership ability with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong customer service skills, including active listening and clear communication.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and fraud detection.
  • Experienceaccurately balancinga cash drawer.
  • Proficiencywith computers, data entry, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Basic math and accounting skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiencywith computers, data entry, and banking systems.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours.
  • Ability toremainin a stationary, standing position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
