Welder

Narrow Way Energy is seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our growing team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality welding on structural and mechanical components in support of commercial solar and construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, field environment.

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components
• Ensure all welds meet company and industry quality standards
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition
• Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols
• Work collaboratively with crew members, supervisors, and other trades

• Proven experience as a Welder (construction or industrial preferred)
  
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Minimum requirements for this job:

• A sound understanding of safety guidelines
• Decision-making skills, especially when under pressure
  
•  Ability to work extended hours as needed
•  Capacity to provide and follow directions
• Be Ohio Domiciled

--Job Compensation:

Overtime is offered after 40 hours at a time and a half.
