Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Call Center

Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a compassionate and solutions-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist members and healthcare providers.

If you are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, have strong computer skills, and thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, professional, and solutions-focused support to members and healthcare providers.
  • Handle inbound calls in English and Spanish while delivering clear, accurate, and empathetic assistance.
  • Listen actively and ask targeted questions to understand each customer’s needs and determine the most appropriate resolution.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, actions, and outcomes in company systems.
  • Review previous case notes and account history to avoid duplicated efforts and provide efficient, informed assistance.
  • Research information across multiple systems and databases to resolve complex inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external resources when additional support is required.
  • Guide customers through company websites and digital tools, helping them become more confident and self-sufficient.
  • Provide eligible members with accurate information regarding available membership enrollment and renewal options.
  • Process membership cancellation requests and apply approved retention strategies when appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all company procedures and applicable healthcare privacy requirements.
  • Meet established standards for service quality, productivity, accuracy, and attendance.

Qualifications

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • At least one year of customer service experience involving the analysis and resolution of customer concerns; or at least one year of experience in an office or call center environment using a telephone and computer as the primary tools for completing job responsibilities.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency navigating Windows-based computers.
  • Ability to work efficiently across multiple systems, applications, and databases.
  • Strong active-listening, communication, data-entry, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling sensitive or challenging conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately.
  • Previous healthcare or call center experience is preferred but not required.

Required Availability

  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Must have flexibility to work any assigned eight-hour shift between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
  • Rotating Saturday availability may be required based on operational needs.
  • Must be available to begin employment in August 2026.

Compensation

  • $13.00 per hour
