Sales Representative

Are you currently working in retail or hospitality and ready to start a rewarding career in automotive sales? Audi Calabasas is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team. No automotive sales experience is required — we will train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Build strong relationships by delivering a premium customer experience
• Learn and present Audi products, features, and technology
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
• Work collaboratively with management and support staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Valid driver’s license

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $41,092.00 to $161,736.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales Gross and bonus opportunities such as Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
