Fanning, DDS, practice a full scope of cosmetic and family dentistry with expertise ranging from porcelain veneers, dental implants, crowns, bridges and removable dentures. We have proudly provided over 35 years of excellent patient care to our patients from Brunswick and Horry County. Our practice offers comprehensive dentistry in a friendly and comfortable setting.
