Flat Rate Line Technician
Team Mazda – Caldwell, ID
Team Mazda is seeking an experienced and motivated Flat Rate Line Technician to join our growing service team in Caldwell, Idaho. If you’re a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work and wants a steady workflow in a modern dealership environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mazda vehicles and other makes as needed
- Accurately complete repair orders in a timely manner
- Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Stay current with automotive technology and repair techniques
Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience required (Mazda experience a plus)
- Flat rate experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ASE certifications are a plus (not required)
