- Canyon Terrace Apartments in Nampa, Idaho
- Cleveland Square and Moon Valley Apartments in Caldwell and Star, Idaho
- Hazel Park Apartments in Caldwell, Idaho
No prior experience necessary! We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
In This Role, You Will:
- Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings
- Complete apartment turns efficiently and to high standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools
- Perform seasonal tasks (e.g., mowing, snow/ice removal)
- Other duties as assigned
Develop Your Skills In:
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Groundskeeping
Requirements
What We're Looking For:Â
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
- Availability for after-hours emergency maintenance calls (company phone provided)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
