Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. + bonuses.

Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Replenishment Clerk and help keep our operation running efficiently! In this fast-paced, active role, you'll ensure products are accurately replenished throughout the warehouse so our order selectors have what they need to keep customer orders moving.

You'll rotate inventory using the first in, first out (FIFO) method, operate warehouse equipment, assist with unloading trailers, maintain clean and organized work areas, and support multiple warehouse functions as needed. Schedule: Full-time as early as 4:00am start time with occasional weekends and overtime.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of products in the warehouse.
Replenish product in inventory slots.
Unload empty totes from trailers.
Operate certain machinery.
Rotate product throughout the facility using the first in/first out method.
Assist in obtaining products from the receiving team.
Assist the order selection team when necessary.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Fold and stack cardboard as needed.
Follow safety & security guidelines.
Knowledgeable of work area and inventory
Perform other duties and work in other areas as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience working in a Warehouse or Manufacturing Environments a plus.
Ability to understand warehouse mapping.
Ability to safely use warehouse equipment.
Ability to lift and move cases occasionally up to 50+Lbs,
Must be able to follow policies and safety guidelines.
Ability to work overtime upon request.

Working Conditions: Warehouse Clerks will work in regular or freezer temperatures. Individuals working in freezer conditions will be provided with adequate cold gear and receive additional hourly differentials. This role is very fast-paced and requires a significant amount of movement to meet replenishment rates. The position will also require general physical movements such as frequently walking, standing, lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching, occasionally lifting 50+Lbs, Individuals will also be expected to follow and understand basic instructions/ policies.
