Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: MI Caledonia - Caledonia, MI 49316Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: NoneSalary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: ThirdRESPONSIBILITIES: 路 Collaborate with Engineering, Team Leaders etc. to identify and set technical priorities to resolve issues preventing machines from reaching goal performance. 路 Work closely with maintenance team to develop robust troubleshooting and PM programs. 路 Manage the PM program including the scheduling, writing PM鈥檚 and entering of all required PM鈥檚 using CMMS software. 路 Perform Preventive maintenance on cell equipment. 路 Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as robots, conveyors and programmable controllers. 路 Install plumbing for hydraulics and pneumatics. 路 Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment and connect cables and wires between machines and equipment. 路 Test malfunctioning machinery and discuss malfunction with other Maintenance Technicians for root cause. 路 Replace faulty components of machine such as relays, switches, motors, pneumatics, positions sensing devices, etc 路 Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blue prints. 路 Work closely with and communicate with Systems Providers and engineers to diagnose and repair machine breakdowns quickly. 路 Manipulate teach pendent and programmable controllers to adjust automated machinery. 路 Knowledge of robotics and integrated cameras. 路 Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components of machines and equipment. 路 Work with maintenance to order spare parts and maintain the spare parts crib stock. 路 Assist Systems Technicians and fill in as needed. 路 Operate Lift truck and scissors lift, as needed. 路 Track and fill out spreadsheets for production OEE and shift reports. 路 Fabricate any part necessary to keep the cell running. 路 Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. QualificationsEXPERIENCE: 路 High School Diploma, one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 路 Journeyman or 3 to 5 years preferred. 路 Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC). 路 Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. 路 Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. 路 Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems.
