ASSISTANT MANAGER JOB SUMMARY:
Our Assistant Managers lead our teams in the absence of the General Manager.聽 This position builds upon the Shift Manager
position.聽 As such, the Assistant Managers are responsible for fulfilling the same duties as a Shift Manager.聽 In addition, the Assistant Manager may be trained in all management systems and is expected to assist the General Manager as required.聽 The Assistant Manager position is a Full-Time position and requires open availability.聽 Assistant Managers report to the General Manager.

ASSISTANT MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that they, the Shift Managers, and the Team Members adhere to the responsibilities outlined in the Team Member job description.
In the absence of a Shift Manager, Assistant Managers are responsible for these duties:
路聽聽Production management
路聽聽Completion of temperature logs
路聽聽Waste tracking and management
路聽聽Key inventory item counts
路聽聽Sales and cash reconciliation
路聽聽Station training of new team members
路聽聽Addresses escalated guest concerns
路聽聽Banking duties
Additional responsibilities of an Assistant Manager may include:
路聽聽Truck orders
路聽聽Receipt of truck delivery
路聽聽Weekly inventory counts and reconciliation
路聽聽Scheduling, with final approval of the General Manager or District Manager
路聽 Conducting interviews and reference checks on qualified applicants
路聽聽Training of Shift Managers
路聽聽Any other duties assigned by their General Manager, District Manager, or senior leadership team

ASSISTANT MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
路聽聽At least 18 years of age
路聽聽Open availability
路聽聽Dependable
路聽聽Coachable
路聽聽Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant
路聽聽Valid state Driver鈥檚 License, active automobile insurance with the minimum liability coverage as required by driver鈥檚 state and local area, and working personal vehicle that can be used to perform management tasks reliably.
路聽Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical/Mental ability to:
路聽Tolerate exposure to noise, extreme hot and cold temperatures, and other elements.
路聽聽Frequently bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and twist at waist.
路聽聽Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.
路聽聽Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead.
路聽聽Occasionally climb and descend ladders.
路聽聽Remain active, standing for long periods without a break.
路聽聽Work under pressure, such as high-volume peak periods, and remain calm with teammates and guests.
