Role Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you will help keep our manufacturing equipment operating reliably and safely during 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm; overtime as needed, including weekends). This position supports production continuity by addressing equipment issues quickly and documenting work with accuracy.
Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance and inspections, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical faults, completing repairs on plant equipment, coordinating with production to reduce downtime, maintaining maintenance records, and following safety expectations.
Required qualifications/skills:
- 3–5 years of electrical experience
- 3–5 years of hydraulic experience
- 3–5 years of pneumatic experience
- Leadership experience preferred

Shift Snapshot
Your shift begins with a quick review of open items and equipment status so you can prioritize what will most impact throughput. You’ll spend time on the floor responding to service calls, then move between the maintenance area and production lines to verify fixes and communicate updates. Throughout the evening, you’ll document completed work, track parts used, and keep the workspace organized for the next handoff. When overtime is needed, you may extend coverage or support weekend work to help the plant stay on schedule.
