About the Role:

The Workforce Development Analyst role will support the NAVAIR Sustainment Group (NSG) Workforce Development Team.

Duties include leveraging Qlik for data analyses and dashboard development, formulating workforce assessment methodologies, and designing training tools utilizing Waypoints and Adult Learning Theory. Additionally, this analyst will track performance metrics and brief senior leadership on key milestones and strategic workforce initiatives.

Must have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Data Analytics: Proven experience in Qlik Data Analytics and interactive dashboard development.
  • Adaptive & Proactive Learning Style:Proven ability to quickly masternew technologies, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Qlik, Waypoints LMS) with minimal supervision to meet evolving mission requirements.
  • Briefing & Communication: Ability to confidently brief senior leadership on key initiatives and milestones, backed by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Security Clearance: Active security clearance.

Desired:

  • Strategy & Education: Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and/or DoWWorkforce Development Strategies.
  • LMS Experience: Experience with Waypoints or Cornerstone LMS strongly preferred.
  • Client Delivery: Experience delivering high-quality support to clients at all levels of an organization.
