About the Role:
Sierra Technologies is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Contingency Response Center (NCRC) in Lexington Park, Maryland. This role supports critical planning and analysis efforts to enhance NAVAIR’s wartime readiness and fleet engagement.
This is a hybrid position with on-site work required at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. At times, work hours may vary and potentially require evening, night and/or weekend work with short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the NCRC lead in stakeholder coordination and management, reporting and data analysis, communication across the enterprise. Develop and execute real-time policy for responding to mission requirements. Professional interactions with senior NAVAIR leadership.

Must have:
- BA/BS degree
