Compensation for roles at Duffy’s Rehab varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Duffy’s Rehab provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California set forth below.
Role Location: Calistoga, California
Calculated Hourly Range for role:
California: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
What You Will Do

- Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
- Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members
- Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully to support satisfaction and safety
- Recognize and respond to patient needs with safety as a top priority
What You Bring
Â
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred
- CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
- First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements
