The Communications Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all communications (internal and external information), as well as the promotion of Barnabas Center programs and activities. Works with the President & CEO and leadership team to promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values a commitment to quality and service excellence. |

Must have excellent oral and written communications skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with diverse groups of people in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook. Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Adobe products, specifically InDesign. Exceptional storytelling ability and flexibility to manage multiple priorities. Must be able to work flexible hours. |

Required Education and Experience: |
BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related field. Preference given to an individual with a minimum of 3-to-five years communications/marketing experience, preferably in a non-profit organization. Experience must include strategic planning, communications planning and management, marketing, and media relations. |
