Responsibilities:Â
- Prepare, resurface, and finish concrete floors using industry-standard techniques and materials
- Apply coatings, overlays, and resurfacing compounds to commercial and industrial concrete surfaces
- Operate and maintain surface preparation equipment including grinders, shot blasters, and scarifiers
- Assess job site conditions and determine appropriate resurfacing methods and materials
- Ensure quality control and inspect finished surfaces to meet project specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and client expectations
Requirements:
Â
- Prior experience in concrete floor resurfacing, coatings, or surface preparation
- Knowledge of epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, or other industrial floor coating systems
- Ability to operate surface prep equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
