As a Residential Advisor at Delaware Valley Job Corps, you're helping young adults (ages 16–24) develop the life skills, confidence, and personal responsibility they need to succeed both on campus and beyond. We use student-focused programs to help young adults gain the education, career training, and life skills needed to build successful futures.
