You’re leading a team, mentoring students (ages 16–24), and creating a safe, structured environment where young people can grow and succeed. Who are we? Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve. What You’ll Do • Lead and coordinate Residential Advisors on assigned shifts • Maintain a safe, structured, and positive dormitory environment • Supervise student behavior and support conflict resolution • Assist with training and evaluating residential living staff • Complete student reports, passes, evaluations, and documentation • Coordinate dorm activities, competitions, and leadership programs • Communicate with student families when needed • Conduct dorm inspections and oversee cleanliness and safety • Mentor students and model Career Success Standards • Support and enforce Job Corps’ Zero Tolerance Policy   What You Get • Consistent full-time schedule • 11 paid holidays per year • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with 5% employer match • Generous PTO + sick time • FREE Employee Assistance Program • Discounted meals on-site ($2.50) • Access to gym and wellness programs Qualifications✅ What You Need • High School Diploma or equivalent required • 1+ year of Job Corps or related youth program experience • Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to supervise staff and mentor students effectively • Valid in-state driver’s license preferred • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs   “Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
