About the Role
We are seeking a Bioprocess Development Engineer to join our growing Bioprocess R&D team. In this role, you will work hands-on with advanced bioreactor systems and diverse cell types, supporting the development of scalable manufacturing processes for emerging therapies.
This is a highly collaborative, science-driven role where you’ll contribute both at the bench and in client-facing technical discussions—bridging innovation with application.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support process development programs for cell and gene therapy applications
  • Work hands-on in the lab, executing bioreactor runs, process optimization, and analytical testing
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external clients to translate scientific goals into actionable plans
  • Troubleshoot experimental challenges and drive root cause analysis
  • Support technology transfer, process characterization, and scale-up activities
  • Contribute to scientific publications, presentations, and innovation initiatives
  • Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement efforts

Compensation
