JOB TITLE: DM - District Manager
FLSA STATUS: Salary, Exempt
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Full Time
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
Salary: $70,500

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail? We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee some of our gasoline/retail stores throughout California and is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple company locations. The current territory consists of single locations in Camarillo, Newbury Park, Simi Valley, San Gabriel, Rosemead, Santa Fe Springs, and Palm Desert. The District Manager is expected to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales and operational goals and budgets
Adherence to company policies and procedures and governmental agency requirements to ensure compliance and efficiency
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Foster a positive store culture focused on customer service and teamwork
Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
Actively engage with staff, stepping in to assist during busy periods or to cover shifts, demonstrating a hands-on approach

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in retail management preferably in a gasoline/retail site environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to regularly travel throughout California
