Compensation: $35-40 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

Lead and support all dental assistants and sterilization team members
Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring new clinical team members
Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards, and OSHA requirements
Serve as a resource for clinical questions, workflows, and patient care issues
Promote a positive, collaborative culture among the clinical team
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Active RDA License
3+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience is required
Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend software
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols
