Location: Ventura County, CA  Compensation: Guaranteed Base + Productivity Incentive + Partnership Track Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

With strong internal and external referrals, Miramar Eye Specialists provides a unique opportunity for a glaucoma specialist to practice at scale within a collaborative, high-caliber clinical environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications 

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO) 
• Fellowship-trained in Glaucoma 
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain 
• Interest in program growth and subspecialty leadership
