Responsibilities include:

Repair equipment according to blueprints and/or written procedures
Maintain equipment logs, repair data and shift status pass-downs
Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment
Support the equipment section with other responsibilities as needed

Become certified on a variety of tool types
Work with counterparts within engineering department and other departments to meet quality and manufacturing goals
Diagnose and repair equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and written procedures.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment.

Work Location & Schedule:

On-site at Camas, Washington, Monday–Friday. Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation:

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $23.55 and $31.24 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $23.55 - $33.85 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
